Kaiser Sacramento Morse Avenue Campus Outpatient Surgery

This project is a freestanding outpatient surgery clinic adjacent to the main Kaiser Morse hospital. Facilities include: Reception, Pre-op, Operatories, Recovery rooms, and support areas.

Construction completion was required within 12 months. Due to the extremely tight schedule, a modular prefabricated system of delivery was selected, with several manufacturers invited to bid. The resulting building was completed within the allotted schedule and is a complementary addition to the overall medical campus.
