Kaiser Folsom Medical Center Master Plan

This project is a unique blend of a large Medical Center for Kaiser and a regional shopping center serving the Folsom area. The 100-acre site is divided in half by a shared boulevard that provides access deep into the complex. The centers are located adjacent to each other and linked by a pedestrian plaza.

The Medical Center contains nearly 1,300,000 square feet of medical space and includes a 430-bed hospital, three medical office buildings, an ambulatory surgery center and two parking structures.

The master plan envisions the site being developed in 7 phases over 20 years. The entitlements for both the shopping center and the Medical Center will go through the City of Folsom concurrently.
