Dreyfuss + Blackford Architecture Expands with New Office Location and Additional Staff

The architectural firm appoints Scott Shannon, Chad Arthur, and Chris Avanzino
(SAN FRANCISCO) – Northern California modernist firm, Dreyfuss + Blackford Architecture (D+B), has expanded their architecture, interior design and planning services to a new downtown San Francisco location to handle client growth in the Bay Area and throughout California. The 1,000 SF office is located in the Jackson Square neighborhood at 735 Montgomery Street #230, San Francisco.
The office is being managed by D+B partner and San Francisco resident, Scott B. Shannon, AIA. D+B’s Director of Design Technology, Chad Arthur, and Project Designer, Chris Avanzino are also located in the new office. Firm principals John Webre, AIA, Jason A. Silva, AIA, LEED AP, and Courtney McLeod Golden, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB, regularly work from the new location.
“Positioning our office in San Francisco enables us to better serve clients in the Bay Area and beyond,” said Shannon. “We expect continued growth at the new office with additional staff.”
Current projects within the office include Guide Dogs for the Blind Puppy Center in San Rafael; St. Helena Hospital Project Transform near Napa; Santa Clara County Animal Services Center, and the San Mateo County Office Building 3 & Parking Structure Master Plan.
