CalPERS conducted a national search for the right design team to produce their headquarters expansion project, and Dreyfuss & Blackford Architects was retained as the local architect for the team.

The new structure emulates our award-winning Lincoln Plaza directly across the street and features open office floors, a grand atrium, ground floor commercial space, parking, extensive landscaping.

This office expansion is a worthy neighbor to the celebrated CalPERS Headquarters Lincoln Plaza North and is an innovative, technological marvel in its own right. It received the 2007 Savings By Design Award of Honor and a LEED Gold rating.
