As Kaiser Permanente expands to serve the growing population of the Central Valley, we have been tapped for design of new hospitals,  Medical Office Buildings (MOBs) and clinics. The Stockton MOB presented special design challenges, as the building had to nestle between two existing structures and provide for a new site circulation plan. We created a new front door and dedicated parking lot for this MOB on the west face, away from the congestion of the existing east entrance to the hospital.

The new three-story clinic provides a fresh face while respecting and complimenting the architectural style, materials and palette of the existing campus. From the site entry to the building’s internal layout, attention to patient circulation is evident throughout, providing a welcomed clarity and efficiency.
